Welcome to Get Quizzical (“Quizzical,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Get Quizzical mobile application and related services.
By creating an account, using the app, joining a game, generating a quiz, or subscribing to Quizzical Pro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Quizzical. If you use Quizzical on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
You may need an account to use Quizzical. You are responsible for maintaining access to your login method and for activity that occurs under your account.
If you use Sign in with Apple, Google, or another third-party login provider, your use of that provider is also subject to their terms and policies.
You may submit prompts, profile information, quiz ideas, images, and other content (“User Content”). You are responsible for your User Content and must have the rights needed to submit it.
You retain ownership of User Content you submit. By submitting User Content, you grant Quizzical a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and use that content as needed to operate, improve, moderate, and promote the service.
Public quizzes, usernames, profile information, multiplayer participation, and scores may be visible to other users.
Quizzical uses automated and AI systems to generate quizzes, clues, explanations, images, and related content. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable. You should not rely on Quizzical for professional, legal, medical, financial, safety, or other high-stakes advice.
You may use generated quiz content within the app experience subject to these Terms. Quizzical owns the app, software, interfaces, branding, quiz formats, and related technology.

Quizzical Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Subscription prices, billing periods, trials, renewals, and cancellation terms are shown before purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple account settings before the renewal date. Quizzical does not collect or store your payment card information.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings. Refunds and billing issues are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s policies.
We may suspend or terminate access to Quizzical if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create risk for other users, or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using Quizzical at any time.
We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also impose usage limits to protect service quality, prevent abuse, or manage costs.
Quizzical is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or suitable for your needs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quizzical and its owners, affiliates, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Quizzical from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
If you use Quizzical on iOS, you acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for Quizzical or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you as related to your use of the app.
Your use of Quizzical is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Quizzical after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
